    consultancy on policy drafting for a government-ordered sectorial recommandations onequal access, fight against discrimination, and quality of working conditions in music in BE.

    A intiative supported by Federation Wallonie-Bruxelles to provide a sectoral agreement for the music sector, accompagnied by implementational guidelines.

    Status : ordered by the previous governement, currently not under review. CCMA is not active atm.

    designing and running the workshop “Building a Belgian FINTA-people community in music” during the 5th edition of vi.be’s FLINTA-Day (2026), in collaboration with Pilar Brussels.

    On one hand, the focus was identifying and mapping the different jobs and organisations present in the room. On the other, the focus was building the four pillars of a bi/trilingual community and seeing how concretely they could be put into action.

    designing and running the workshop “Identifying the new jobs in music : prevention, equity and safety jobs” thanks to he Play It Loud project by JMI, and happening at Amazone.

    It gathered for one of the first time the main actors active in the french-speaking sector to reflect on how our sectors are organised, who is active and how.

    Nine main job categories were evaluated, further analysis and job descriptions will be made available asap!
